Frequently Asked Questions
What is Auto MM and how does it work?
Auto MM is a middleman exchange platform for peer-to-peer digital goods trading. When two parties want to trade items — CS2 skins, gaming accounts, digital collectibles — they open a ticket on Auto MM and assign a certified middleman. The middleman verifies both parties, confirms the items, and coordinates the exchange. Every step is logged in the ticket. Nothing moves until both sides confirm.
How do I know a middleman is legitimate?
Every middleman on Auto MM is manually reviewed by our admin team before certification. Their reputation scores are tied exclusively to completed, verified transactions — not forum vouches or self-reported trades. You can view a middleman's full trade history, feedback log, and average response time on their profile before opening a ticket.
What types of trades are supported?
Auto MM supports trades involving CS2 skins and knives, Steam game accounts, Valorant and APEX accounts, Rust and DayZ in-game items, NFTs and digital collectibles, rare in-game cosmetics, and more. If you're unsure whether your trade type is supported, contact our support team before opening a ticket.
How much does it cost to use Auto MM?
Opening an account and browsing middlemen is free. Middlemen may charge a service fee for their time, which is agreed upon before the trade starts. Auto MM may charge a small platform fee on completed transactions. All applicable fees are shown before you confirm a ticket. There are no hidden charges.
What happens if a middleman goes offline mid-trade?
If a middleman becomes unresponsive during a trade, neither party should send any items. Contact Auto MM support via the dispute form on this page immediately. Our team can reassign your ticket to an available middleman and investigate the situation. Items should never change hands without both parties and the middleman confirming the exchange.
How do I open a dispute?
If you have an issue with a trade — a middleman acted inappropriately, items weren't delivered, or you suspect fraud — scroll to the "Open a Dispute" section below and submit the form. Include your ticket ID, a description of the issue, and any screenshots or evidence. Our team responds within 24–48 hours on business days.
Can I leave a reputation for a middleman?
Yes — and you can only leave a reputation for a middleman you've actually traded with. Reputation feedback requires a closed ticket. Positive and negative feedback is both weighted and visible on the middleman's public profile. Fake or misleading reputation submissions may result in account suspension.
How do I apply to become a middleman?
Applications to become a certified middleman are submitted through the "Become a Middleman" page in your account dashboard. You must have at least 10 completed trades on the platform, a clean reputation record, and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the trade types you wish to mediate. Applications are reviewed by the admin team within 5–10 business days.
Submit a Dispute
Use this form to report a trade issue, middleman misconduct, or any suspected fraud. Include as much detail and evidence as possible. All submissions are reviewed by our integrity team within 24–48 business hours.
