Open Roles
Platform Integrity Analyst
Own Auto MM's dispute resolution process. Review flagged trades, investigate suspected fraud, interview parties, and issue binding decisions. You'll be the last line of defence between traders and bad actors.
2+ years in trust & safety, fraud investigation, or community moderation.
Deep familiarity with digital goods trading communities (CS2, gaming accounts, etc.).
Strong written communication — your decisions need to be clear and defensible.
Experience with evidence evaluation and structured decision-making under ambiguity.
Middleman Certification Reviewer
Review applications from aspiring middlemen. Assess trade history, verify claims, conduct async interviews, and make certification decisions. You're building the quality bar that the entire platform's reputation depends on.
Active Auto MM account with 10+ completed trades and a clean reputation record.
Experience as a middleman on Auto MM or comparable platform preferred.
Good judgment under ambiguity — you'll see borderline cases regularly.
Availability for 10–15 hours per week during initial ramp-up.
Community & Support Lead
First-response support for Auto MM users — handling tickets, answering questions, and being the human face of the platform. You'll also manage our community presence and build the resources users need to trade safely.
Experience in customer support or community management at a tech-adjacent company.
Strong written communication and the ability to de-escalate frustrated users.
Familiarity with trading communities and the dynamics of digital goods markets.
Comfortable with async communication and self-managed workload.
Frontend Developer
Own the user-facing side of Auto MM. Build features, improve performance, and make the platform feel as reliable as it actually is. You'll work directly with the founding team with short feedback loops.
Strong proficiency in vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS — no framework dependencies required.
Eye for detail and a genuine interest in making interfaces feel good to use.
Experience shipping production-grade web applications.
Bonus: experience with gaming or fintech products where trust and clarity matter.
